The Doe Fund Cocktails with Coach

Style 1 Media On October 11th, The Doe Fund, a non-profit organization that advocates for homeless and formerly incarcerated individuals, partnered with renowned accessories brand, Coach, to host a fundraising event at Coach's Soho, Manhattan location. Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while shopping Coach's signature Fall/Winter 2012 styles at discounted prices. Items on display included colorful handbags, leather goods, travel accessories, footwear, watches, outerwear, scarves, fragrances, and jewelry.

The Doe Fund serves more than 1,000 individuals each day, offering programs that help break the cycles of homelessness, addiction, and criminal recidivism. The organization provides transitional work and housing, case management and counseling; life skills, educational programs and assistance; occupational training; and graduate services to former inmates, veterans and other homeless individuals. They arrange affordable and supportive housing for low-income individuals and families, and those who struggle with chronic homelessness, substance use, mental illness, HIV/AIDS, and unemployment.

The Doe Fund's Operation Opportunity Gala will take place at Cipriani 42nd Street on Thursday, October 25th, with Honorary Chairs Mario and Matilda Cuomo, and Aaron Neville. The event will provide an excellent opportunity to get to know the organization.
